Our Firm has extensive experience representing clients in the various courts in Real Estate cases, and the representation of landlords (including representing the Israel Lands Administration for many years), in proceedings of all types, including actions for specific performance, eviction claims, partition actions etc. We have also represented both creditors and debtors in foreclosure actions and serve as receivers.
