Oded Feldman, Adv. & Notary

Oded Feldman graduated of the Law Faculty of Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a member of the Bar Association since 1968.

Oded founded the Firm in 1974 after retiring from law offices of Gad Raveh, a leading Jerusalem law firm at that time, where he worked as a senior associate. Oded is the founding partner of the Firm and as such he is involved in and oversees most of the Firm's practice areas.

Oded practices Commercial, Litigation, Real Estate and Family and Matrimonial.

Oded has extensive experience in Commercial Litigation, and over his many years of experience Oded handled all types of commercial cases, inter alia, cases of financial nature, injunctions of all types, and litigated matters of real estate, intellectual property, corporate issues (including piercing the veil of incorporation and for personally liability of shareholders and directors of companies),and many more. Oded also served as receiver for real estate and other assets.

Oded also has ample experience in on all matters of Family and Matrimonial Law, and has extensive experience of drafting and negotiating pre-nuptial and divorce and reconciliation agreements and handling disputes involving matrimonial issues, divorce, child custody, division of property alimony and child support or support of other family members, and a other conflicts within the family.

Oded also has comprehensive Real Estate experience, in all types of Real Estate transactions and in representing sellers, buyers, owners of real property, developers, landlords, tenants, mortgages and debtors, in any type of transaction or dispute, including many years of experience in representing the Israel Lands Administration in a variety of issues, from eviction claims, enforcing the registration of a condominium, for rent, and complex registration procedures.

Oded is has, also, many years of Commercial practice, providing services to businesses, from the establishment of businesses, via ongoing legal advice to companies and through the sale or liquidation of the business. In addition to Oded has represented many "Amutot" (Israeli not-for-profit entities) and other non-profit organization in their public activity and.

Another area where Oded has many years of practice is Wills and Estates, Oded has ample experience in drafting wills, estate planning, consultation and representation in disputes in matters of inheritance and probate, realizing  assets of estates and division of estates, both as an executor or administrator as well as advising administrators of estates and executors and representation them in the various proceedings.

Oded is a certifies mediator, and was successful in resolving many disputes using mediation techniques, both as a mediator and while representing clients in mediation procedures.

Oded also believes in helping the needy, and he is himself, and his office staff, are engaged in consulting for the public benefit and in Pro Bono work through "Sechar Mitzva" program, of the of the Israeli Bar, and through other channels.
