Udi Feldman, Adv

Udi Feldman graduated the Law Faculty of the Hebrew University in 1995, is a Member of the Israeli Bar since 1996 and member of the New York Bar since 1998.

Udi's practice areas include Commercial Law, International Law, Real Estate, and Wills and Estates.

Udi represents and advises companies and businesses in a variety of business sectors in their ongoing needs from representing businesses and investors at the business establishment stages, through handling of founders agreements and investment transactions, cooperation agreements, agreements to franchise, and advice in the ongoing activity of the business, to the handling of transactions for the sale of business activity or ownership of it, and liquidation proceedings and receivership.

Udi is also experienced in guiding and advising clients in various transactions, including investments in corporations, buying shares or other kinds of various corporate interests in Israel and abroad, sale of business activities, consultancy agreements, franchises and licenses, joint ventures, arranging financing and other transactions.

Udi represents foreign clients investing and doing business in Israel, and Israeli clients in different types of transactions performed abroad, including assisting Israeli clients in legal proceedings abroad. 

Udi has gained extensive Real Estate experience representing owners, buyers, landlords and tenants in sale/purchase transactions, leases, construction deals and other Real Estate transactions. Udi handled complex recording procedures, such as first registration, division of lots and registration, listing common, the process of registration renewal as well as condominium registration etc. Udi has handled many real estate financing transactions, both commercial and private, including negotiating various financing agreements with lenders. Udi also handles disputes related to  Real Estate, in an attempt to avoid unnecessary legal proceedings. Udi also experienced in handling cases of Litigation with regard to real property, including evection actions, specific performance, partnership dissolutions, law suits regarding land ownership, mortgage and liens, etc

Another practice area Udi specializes in is Wills and Estates. Udi is well experienced in consulting and drafting wills, including wills that cover clients' property both in Israel and abroad, and estate planning. Udi has also handled disputes in matters of inheritance and probate, estate management, realizing assets of estates and division of estates, as well as advising Administrators and Executors of Estates and representing the later in the various proceedings.

Udi is also engaged in Pro Bono work through "Yad Riva" organization, which provides legal advice to the senior population.
